The facilities were great, and there was plenty to do for both adults and kids. The outdoor playground was a hit with the little ones, and the sauna was a definite plus. the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal, and the nearby shops made grocery shopping a breeze.

The location was a bit inconvenient, and it was difficult to get around without a personal vehicle. Finally, some of the furniture was outdated and could benefit from an update.

We had an amazing forest stay with beautiful views and loads of activities for kids. the apartments were spacious, modern, clean and fully equipped with utensils, coffee machine, and even dish soap and wipes. the bathrooms were spotless and well, stocked. We loved the playground, giant connect four, and outdoor chess. It's also pet, friendly, with a dog dish provided. the well, stocked mini market was a great convenience, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The limited availability of reception after 7, 8pm, which may be inconvenient for some.

The view from the room was amazing, and the staff were friendly. the 24-hour shop was handy for getting snacks late at night. the location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were too hard. the shower was small and hard to use.

The staff here were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were great. The clean apartment was cozy, had a balcony with fresh air, and had a complete kitchen with dishwashing soap and sponge. There was also a 24-hour mini shop that had basic supplies, and my kids loved the playground, giant chess pieces, and giant connect four games.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a wonderful stay at Hapimag Ferienwohnungen in Unterkirnach. The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a fine view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the resort offered great activities for the kids. We especially enjoyed the fresh bread service and the honesty shop with essentials. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions like Triberg and Titisee. we highly recommend this resort for a family-friendly vacation in the heart of the Black Forest.
